Plain-language terms for diagnostics, deployments, and subscriptions. The guarantee section matters most — read that first if you read nothing else.
The diagnostic
The four-question diagnostic and the deployment path it returns are free and carry no obligation. No payment details are requested to run it. The path is a scoped recommendation, not a contract.
Engagements
Paid deployments are scoped in writing before work starts: what ships, in what order, and on what timeline. The first-deployment window we target is fourteen days from the diagnostic; if scope changes, the timeline changes with it, in writing.
The trial and cancellation
Engagements carry no credit card requirement and can be cancelled anytime within the cancellation window stated in the written scope. After that, billing follows the written scope.
What we guarantee
We guarantee honest scoping: if the deployment path is wrong for your operation, we tell you, and you owe nothing to proceed. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, because agents operate inside systems we do not fully control.
Ownership
You own the deployed system: the code, the architecture documentation, and the operating runbook. AgenticForce retains its pre-existing playbooks and internal tooling.
Liability
AgenticForce is liable up to the fees paid in the preceding sixty days. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
