How AgenticForce collects, uses, and protects information — written to be read, not skimmed past.
What we collect
When you run the diagnostic or request access, we collect the details you submit: name, company, work email, optional WhatsApp or phone number, and your stated primary challenge. We also receive standard technical logs from our hosting provider, such as request metadata.
How we use it
Your details are used to prepare your deployment path, reply to your request, and operate the engagement if you proceed. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Agent deployments and your data
During an engagement, agents operate inside systems you own and connect. Data handling is defined in the Agent Architecture Blueprint before any build: which tools an agent may access, what it may store, and where logs live. You own the system and the data it processes.
Retention
We keep request details for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of the engagement and any follow-up we agree on. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing hello@agenticforce.ai.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its use, by contacting hello@agenticforce.ai. We answer every data request within one business week.
